What is SEED?

SEED was founded in 2016 by Oxygen Life Church with the goal of seeing Kingdom-focused businesses established and saints empowered to honour God in their work.

We are passionate about equipping people with the leadership principles and tools they need to shine Jesus day-to-day.

We will achieve this through our 3 part mission:


“Plant” – to envision leaders according to their divine calling.
“Partner” – to link leaders with one another and facilitate relationship building and personal mentoring.
“Prepare” – to equip leaders with key leadership principles.

SEED Talk

SEED Talks are a quarterly event where guest speakers come and share stories from their lives and experiences in business to inspire us as we pursue our Kingdom callings in the workplace.

Prophetic Ministry

We serve a God who loves to speak into our lives and into our work. As part of SEED Talk, we create a space for the prophetic and personal ministry.

Mentorship Programme

Our 3-month mentorship programme is aimed at business owners and decision makers. During the programme, experienced business leaders volunteer their time to meet with the participant each month to support, encourage and challenge participants as they seek to honour God through their work.
